VeggieMash™ Chicken Dinner BowlMain Dish,
- Cauliflower & Ranch VeggieMash™
- Grilled or sautéed Chicken Breast
- Green Bell Peppers
- Red Bell Peppers
- Red Onions
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Grill or Sauté chicken breast. Cut into thin slices, going against the grain.
- Sauté Red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers and Red Onion in 1/4 cup olive oil
- While vegetables are cooking, prepare VeggieMash™ according to instructions on the package.
- When onions are translucent, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve VeggieMash™ into separate bowls, and top with chicken and veggies.
